Parking Ticket Services
We offer assistance in fighting parking and traffic tickets within the City of Toronto.
When you receive a parking or traffic ticket you can either pay the fine or request a trial. The process of requesting a trial can be very time-consuming. Most traffic tickets require you to take action within 15 days; most parking tickets - within 30 days. Failure to take any action usually results in an automatic conviction. This can lead to future problems with the Ministry of Transportation, including plate renewal denials and plate suspensions. The Ministry of Transportation requires you to pay all your outstanding ticket fine(s) before they'll permit you to renew your Ontario license plate.
Disputing a ticket requires at least two business days. The first is for preparation and delivery of Notice to Appear in Court. The second is for attendance (morning, afternoon or evening) at your trial.
We save you the hassle of having to take hours out of your busy schedule to complete the first step of disputing a parking or traffic ticket, which involves requesting a trial. We will act as your agent and attend the Court office in-person to formally request a court date (option 3 on your ticket). Our concierge service enables you to avoid having to attend the Court office to book a trial. This means no line-ups, no waiting time and no paperwork. We look after everything for you, saving you a full business day!
We offer the cheapest rates in the GTA; it costs only $9 to fight a parking ticket and $19 to fight a traffic ticket.
